How long does shipping take? 

Processing can take up to 7-14 business days, not including the day you ordered. Hair is pre-ordered if it has not been announced that it is already on hand. Please keep in mind if you add on customization to your order this can increase your wait time by 3 additional days.

Once your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking email. It will become available to view online within 24 hours. 

Can I make changes to my order?

Because we process the orders once its placed to get them out on time, orders cannot be altered once you have submitted payment. 

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges. Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we are no longer responsible for your package. You have to contact USPS for further details once you receive your tracking numnber.

"I lost my package, aren't you responsible?"

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages as well as addresses that are incorrect. Please contact your carrier to file a claim.
